A panel discussion on what it takes to be a world class Operator and to get the most out of your non-op partners.
When companies hold a non-operating interest in a venture, they believe with considerable conviction that they have the potential to bring material value to the asset by providing insights and capabilities, alternative development plans and new technical solutions, better forecasting, independent risk reviews, and even adjacent infrastructure synergies.
But when these same companies operate an asset, all too often they act like their non-operating partners, even peer companies or others with deep experience in similar assets, have virtually nothing to contribute.
The result is that, in too many joint ventures, the whole is less than the sum of the part(ner)s.
Join us on Thursday, September 21st for a webinar where we will share our perspectives on how operators can think differently about when and how to engage their non-operating partners.
