Peter joined Water Street Partners in 2010, and was elected a Partner of the firm in January 2015. He has over 15 years’ experience in management consulting and information services businesses. Over the last ten years, Peter has supported more than 100 clients across all phases of the partnership lifecycle, including deal negotiation and structuring, implementation, and ongoing management and governance. Peter’s client work spans industries and geographies, with a focus on the manufacturing, technology, and health care industries in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Recent engagements include supporting the CEO and Board of Directors of a U.S. healthcare JV company to assess and enhance the company’s governance system, developing and delivering an annual JV Board Director development program for a leading European manufacturing company, and advising a U.S. aerospace company in the negotiation, structuring, and launch of a multi-billion dollar equity partnership in the Middle East.
Peter has presented on joint ventures and partnerships to over 50 executive teams and over 20 Boards of Directors, and has been a guest speaker at Conference Board events and at the University of Michigan Law School.
Peter joined Water Street after eight years at the Corporate Executive Board, where he worked in a range of roles including research, executive advisory, and business development. Regardless of role, Peter spent most of his time working with General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers on risk management, department productivity, and corporate governance issues.
Peter graduated with a BS in International Economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
